How can I contact Senses and Souls?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. Depending on the product, your parcel will take up to 2 - 4 weeks to arrive for most orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal payments.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to make payment?

No, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make your payment.

Why do I get redirected to only PayPal website to make payment?

After you click complete order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can do a PayPal Guest Checkout, when you click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below. 

With this, you do not need to create a PayPal account, and the payment will be deducted from your credit card. 

PayPal is just a host platform for our payment system. They do not withhold any of your information when you use the Guest Checkout.

What qualifies for a refund?

We only offer refunds for damaged or defective goods and missing parcels. Should you require a refund, drop us an email at support@sensesandsouls.com with an attached image of the damaged product (if applicable) and your order number, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Why haven't I received my refund?

Your refund may take some time before it is fully processed.

If you have yet to receive your refund, take the following actions:

- Check your bank account again.

- Contact your credit card company.

- Contact your bank

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders above (US $50) will be entitled to Free Shipping.

Please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to process. We source products from all over the world to bring you epic offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it! 

Due to popular demand and current situation, your parcel may take up to 2 - 4 weeks to arrive. Some of the items in your order maybe ready to ship faster than others, thus you may receive multiple packages as we want to ensure that your order reaches you the fastest way possible.

How can I track my order?

Do I have to pay any customs charges for my order?

It is very rare that our customers have to pay custom charges on their orders. We do fill all the invoice questionnaires correctly and accurately to avoid this kind of charges. Unfortunately, we cannot control the customs, restrictions and fees of any country. Customers are responsible for the custom fees just like any products they order online from international retailers.

What is covered under the warranty?

If due to any unforeseen circumstances you did not receive your parcel or the items that you purchased has been broken or damaged by natural causes within 1 year of your purchase date, we will ship a new item to you and you will have to pay for shipping fees. Most of the items in our store are naturally sourced and handmade, there maybe chances that the item you purchased is out of stock. In that event, we will offer an alternative item of similar value to you. This warranty is only provided to customers who have purchased the warranty from us.
